Privacy
Short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we keep it private, and we don't track you.
What we collect
- Submit a need: the category and description you write, and your email address if you choose to give it.
- Contact form: your name (optional), email address and message.
- Spam protection: a one-way scrambled version (hash) of your internet address, used only to limit how often a form can be sent. We don't store the address itself.
What we don't do
- No advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no third-party trackers.
- No selling or sharing of your submissions or email address.
- Submissions are not published. We may describe a problem in our own words in future research, without identifying you.
Research sources
Discoveries are built from publicly available sources. We keep short quotes with links so findings can be checked. If you are the author of a quoted source and want it removed or corrected, contact us.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete anything you sent us, use the contact form and tell us roughly when you sent it. We'll act on it promptly.
